Shell Pointe MHC is a quiet 55+ river front community located on the Little Manatee River Inlet with close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico! Visit our beautiful shoreline and enjoy some fishing or relax and enjoy watching the water from our waterfront Pavilion which has picnic tables and a grill. Launch your boat from our private boat launch. Tie up to our private tie up areas or store your boat on its trailer in the storage area by the river. Visit the Clubhouse and join in the many activities. Every Tuesday join us for conversation with coffee and donuts or hot dogs and chips at the Pavilion for lunch. On occasion Shell Point will also have some special dinners. Come play card games and bingo in the evenings. Within a half a mile enjoy the beautiful, white sand beaches on the gulf!
